Favorite concerts I've been to.

Obviously there are hundreds, but these are just some of the few that meant a lot to me.
10Alanis Morissette
Jagged Little Pill Acoustic

I feel like I have to include Alanis Morisette 1996 here - it prob wasn't actually one of my favorite shows, even though I do still love her, but it was my first concert ever so respect.
9Cannibal Corpse
Evisceration Plague

Seeing Cannibal Corpse alone in college. I was afraid to go because it was the first show (and one of the only ones) I've been to without friends, but I ended up hanging out with a ton of different, awesome new people. And I got my ass kicked in the mosh pit and splurged on a ton of CC merch that I wore for the rest of college.
8Gojira
From Mars to Sirius

Gojira/Devin Townsend - that one time I got to meet both bands and actually have full, thoughtful conversations with them before they teared my world apart with their metal.
7Ensiferum
From Afar

Ensiferum for the From Afar tour - drinking with college buddies, dancing and moshing at the same time, just all around the happiest show and one of the happiest nights ever.
6Slipknot
Slipknot

Slipknot/Manson/Disturbed at the same show way back in 2000 when nu-metal musicians were basically celebrity Gods.
5Slayer
Reign in Blood

The first time I saw Slayer, Mastodon and Lamb of God in 2006, I remember my brain exploding with adrenaline in a way that it never had before.
4Tool
Lateralus

This may have been during my, uh, sober experimental days.
3The Dillinger Escape Plan
Calculating Infinity

The last 3 Dillinger shows in NY.
2Pearl Jam
Ten Redux

Every fucking time I see Pearl Jam.
1Meshuggah
Nothing (Re-release)

Every fucking time I see Meshuggah.
