02.23.19 | Your mum has great taste. I just listened to that Talking Heads album earlier, still love it. Shit-talkers can say what they will but the first 2 Sinéad albums are classics. |

02.23.19 | My mom's an 80s and beyond poptimist till death tbh. She looooves the fuck out of Billy Squier, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, but also Adele and Maroon 5's early work. Showed her the newest Paramore and she loved it. |

Her current faves would be: Rhye, Gotan Project, Zero 7 (she gone full 'chillout')
My dad's all time faves would be: The Stones, Gary Moore, Tom Petty, Pink Floyd, Cream
His current faves would be: Muse, Everything Everything, Nothing But Thieves, Bring Me the Horizon (I kid you not)

02.23.19 | My mom is similar; she always listens to the Carpenters, James Taylor, Carole King, Jim Croce, Norah Jones et al. My dad bops to oldies (doo wop - 70’s) and my mom likes the soft rock, so yeah, she’s been an influence on some of the music I listen to. |
SlothcoreSam
02.23.19 | Yeah I was lucky growing up, we never had commercial radio playing in the house. It was usually dad's music, and his taste was even better than my mums. His music influenced the whole family and he usually had control of the record player, the artists listed above were the ones i noticed that my mum would really get into, or put on herself. My dad owned over 500 records by the 80s. |
