veninblazer 02.19.19	This one's a bit more personal for me, so forgive some of the more cringy parts of this list. I'd mention albums like Erase Me bringing me into the Underoath fanbase as well as pushing me into other bands as well, but they weren't as major of a catalyst.

Dewinged 02.19.19	You will end up branching out as you grow up and meet other people that will have their influence in your life, girlfriends, room mates, co-workers, etc, but you will come back to these from time to time when nostalgia kicks in. And believe me, those are great moments when you are older.

unclereich 02.19.19	i look at this list and laugh but it reminds me of my youth and how i came to discover music that i truly love and can appreciate. not all of us were lucky enough to grow up around the true classics, and thus had to discover them on our own. good shit man mine are/were just as bad
unclereich 02.19.19	I got into Black Metal in my 40s, so yeah why not. my mom refused to let me listen to anything other than what she blasted on the radio which was usally trash. it wasn't until i turned maybe 16/17 that i got access to the internet and finally found real music that wasn't just abhorrent pop or scene stuf my friends liked.

veninblazer 02.19.19	@Sonoma: I still love all five of these records (lowest I have any of these is a 4.5) but the sentimental value I place on them is why I probably won't review any of these albums unless I somehow manage to remove my bias and look at them all a bit more objectively.
