| Enter Shikari: Ranked from worst to best
My first list on this site. Enter Shikari are the kind of band that accompanied me through all the years and still hold up very well, even though my taste evolved a lot in recent years. I just love their quirky style and honest attitude.
There are probably as many rankings of their dicog as fans. This list is my personal ranking, feels free to post yours in the comments. :) | 5 | | Enter Shikari Take to the Skies
Putting TTTS this low is probably a pretty controversial thing, because it's really a classic in it's genre, but it just didn't age well imo. It has a nice flow and the drumming on this is so awesome (it's on their other records, too, but Rolfe is on fire here). Some of the tracks on here still belong to their best material, but ES just came into their own on Common Dreads. And while I don't see songs on this really dragging it down it's the album itself that's not holding up to the rest.
Favourite songs: Mothership, Anything Can Happen In The Next Half Hour, Today Wont Go Down In History, Return To Energizer, Adieu | 4 | | Enter Shikari A Flash Flood of Colour
There was a time when this was my favourite ES album, because it's so easy to get into. It's very song oriented and catchy, the rock and hardcore elements blend beautifully with the electronics, but some of the tracks are too straight for their own good and dubstep just sounds so dated in 2018. Still a fun album and everything from Arguing With Thermometers on bangs so hard.
Favourite songs: Arguing With Thermometers; Ghandi Mate, Ghandi; Pack Of Thieves, Constellations
Least favourite songs: ...Meltdown, Search Party | 3 | | Enter Shikari Common Dreads
This is probably their hardest album to get into, but Common Dreads is the blueprint for their following releases. Enter Shikari freed themselves from the trancecore label and wrote some of their best melodic songs.
Favourite songs: Juggernauts, Zzzonked, Gap In The Fence, The Jester
Least favourtie songs: Wall, Fanfare For The Conscious Man | 2 | | Enter Shikari The Spark
Probably a little controversial to put it this high, but Enter Shikari took the pop and classical inspired dynamics they already used on The Mindsweep and incorporated them in a more stripped down style - with great results! The Spark is nearly as strong as its predecessor, but shorter to an extend where it's bothering me a little. It's still a satisfying listen.
Favourite songs: The Sights, Airfield, Shinrin-yoku, An Ode To Lost Jigsaw Pieces
Least favourite song: Live Outside | 1 | | Enter Shikari The Mindsweep
Their most diverse and colourful album. They really nailed it songwriting wise on this, everything feels like it's meant to be there and it has a great flow. Their best to date imo.
Favourite songs: The Last Garrison, Myopia, Torn Apart, Dear Future Historians ...
Least favourite song: The Bank Of England | |

05.28.18 | Well, this is kinda like a colour gradient.
If there is something odd with the grammar, please tell me. I want to improve my english :) | sizeofanocean
05.28.18 | Agree that their first is their worst. It sounds really like a teenage band with all that overflowing angst. Haven't heard The Spark yet but The Mindsweep for sure is their best album for me. Stuff like Dear Future Historians and Torn Apart shit all over the rest of their discog, without even mentioning how much Rou has progressed as a vocalist | Mort.
05.28.18 | rou on the first album sounds bad because he was ill when they were recording and rushed it through. he sounds so much better on the demos before ttts | Mort.
05.28.18 | i honestly just wish theyd remaster ttts to make it sound more like the zone | kalkwiese
05.28.18 | I need to give The Zone some spins again. The last time was long ago.
Yea, Rou got a hell of a lot better, agreed. The step from CD to AFFOC was huge vocally | G0atC0re
05.28.18 | completely wrong. | G0atC0re
05.28.18 | 2 is pure dog shit. 1 is okay.5, 4,3 are the best. The band works when they're mostly being fun and silly, the more political they got, the shittier they got. | Groundking
05.28.18 | TTTS is so easily best wtf dude. | G0atC0re
05.28.18 | Yeah, you may be right. I just liked their earlier heavier and less serious sound. The electronic emphasis and the spoken word/hip hop sorta shit that became progressively more frequent is ass. | kalkwiese
05.28.18 | I wanted to edit my comment and accidently deleted it. Fuck.
Nevertheless, I get why anyone would not like any one of their records. This band in general is an aquired taste | SymbolicInTime
05.28.18 | 1 is 1. Never could get into the rest of their discography | hobblepot
05.28.18 | this list hurt me. 1 is 1,but 5 is 2 for sure, and 4 is 3. 3 and 2 to me are both equally their worst albums. i love them dearly but they deserve lowest ranking equally | AsleepInTheBack
05.28.18 | I'd agree with 1 being 1 and 2 being 2 tbh | Sinternet
05.28.18 | like reverse this | Middle18
05.28.18 | An ode to lost jigsaw pieces is GOAT | kalkwiese
05.28.18 | Yea, An Ode To Lost Jigsaw Pieces is one of their best songs ever. Airfield hits hard too | oisincoleman64
05.28.18 | Best to worst: 4, 3, 1, 5, 2 | Sinternet
05.28.18 | not even close 5, 4, 1, 3, 2 | sizeofanocean
05.29.18 | 1 is 1 guys | Krvst
05.29.18 | Hahahahahaha get out mate | kalkwiese
05.29.18 | Nah, mate. I like it here. | Mort.
05.29.18 | stay as long as you like friendo | peekatoad
10.16.19 | What's your least favorite off of TTTS? | kalkwiese
10.16.19 | That's the thing I tried to explain. I struggle to name a least favorite song there, because I like all of it quite equally. But the album wears off quite fast so it's like a once in a few months listen for me. Fun, but not much more. | qwenta
10.16.19 | Debut > common dreads> the mindsweep |
