This one is pretty underrated among CC fans imo. Also the cover art is one of their best. Sure the production blows, but the songwriting is pretty fun. FRANTIC DISEMBOWLEMENT

Not as technically great as their later work, but this album just sounds disgusting - which for them is a compliment. Fantastic introduction to Fischer's career with them.

Even though this is 6, I still love this album to death and listen to it all the time. I don't like my CC to be THIS clean sounding, but High Velocity Impact Spatter, Funeral Cremation and Kill Or Become are new classics for them. This gets a constant gym rotation from me.

Bass solo in Strangulation Chair is some crazy shit. Every song has something unique about it here. A bit polished, but whatever.

This one took me a while to come around to because I think that Christ Barnes sounds like shit here and very Six Feet Under esque, but after giving it a few more shots I get that it sounds like their most realistically violent and there is something darker about this one.

This is one of the most classic death metal albums for a reason. One of my favorite dm releases ever. I still remember getting grounded in 6th grade for asking my parents to buy this for me. Every song is fucking brutal. The cover art is brutal. The lyrics are beyond brutal. BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL
