DungeonBoy 10.31.17	I love Iron Maiden but I've honestly never even heard 13 through 16. It'll probably stay that way. I enjoy Somewhere In Time and Fear Of the Dark more than you but all in all a pretty good list! 1-3 are 1-3 but the order is a bit of a toss up.

BigHans 10.31.17	Anybody who doubts the greatness of Maiden needs to watch the Flight 666 movie to see what kind of impact they have around the world, and how much effort they put into their craft.
BigHans 10.31.17	There’s a scene here when the world renowned colossal metal beast Iron Goddamn Maiden is playing somewhere in South America they had never been to (one fan self-admitted it was the “ass” of the world), and a fan catches a drum stick hurled by totally badass drummer Nicko McBrain. The dude is literally sobbing for what appears to be hours after the show has ended, overcome by raw emotion, fervently clutching the canvass hammer like the memory of his fist sexual conquest. It’s a great moment in film that you can just tell wasn’t scripted, and it says more than any words can about the power of riffs and music.

CygnusX1 10.31.17	I remember really liking 4 when it came out, but better than Piece o Mind and Somewhere in Time? idk... Also the best live performance of any band I've ever seen. So much energy and power in their sets, and everything from Bruce's costume changes to the various Eddies is flawlessly executed (and hilarious). I'm blown away every time I see them. Greatest band of all time indeed.

Casavir 02.07.18	I think people calling the new Iron Maiden albums "progressive" has done more to tarnish the reputation of progressive rock and metal than the actual genre could manage to do so. Seriously, if having overly long songs and having the chorus repeated constantly is progressive then yes, I guess it is.
