Dedes: Best mainstream metal/rock acts

tempest-- 02.20.17	They might be put on a massive pedestal by fans, but Tool really is one of the most forward thinking metal bands out there. They didn't help pioneer any form of experimental alt metal, however they definitely pushed its envelopes while retaining a sense of catchiness and cohesive musicianship.

JeetJeet 02.21.17	@King Their recent album Kill The Flaw is good. Cold Day Memory is dope too. Seasons is also great. Alpha is their heaviest one and its my personal favorite one.
