| Ashcrash's New EP
I'd say I was jumping on this week's bandwagon of Sput users plugging their own releases, but considering these songs have been in the works for nearly a year and were just finished a few days ago, it's really just a matter of coincidental timing. Anyway, this is my "serious" musical project, for lack of a better word. This EP as well as my last one are acoustic singer-songwriter stuff with wordy emo/indie lyrics. If that sounds up your alley, go for it. There's more info about the EP on the page, as well as some older junk on the bandcamp as well, if noisy, awfully-produced post-hardcore/math-rock/post-rock is more your thing. If you like these guys' way of making specific, personal events feel universal, that's kind of the vibe I go for. Not always nailing it, but I think I'm getting a bit better at filtering out some of the more ridiculous lines over time. | | 6 |  | Sufjan Stevens
