MO 12.05.16	nice. still gotta play 4, but from what I've heard it's amazing. finally got some time to play games again, playing the new Deus Ex. then gonna do uncharted 4, doom and dishonoured 2 I think
DarkSideOfLucca 12.05.16	4 rules, but surprisingly less for the big action pieces and mostly for the characters/general graphics. The game is beautiful, but it's not nearly as epic as 2 or even 3 imo (even though I like it more than 3). After Last Guardian/Doom I'm finally moving onto Shadow of Mordor, so many fucking games to play gah

DungeonBoy 12.05.16	I just got the Uncharted 4/PS4 bundle over the weekend and I got a few hours in. It's a pretty great game, but it crashes a ton! Did you have any issues with this?

DarkSideOfLucca 12.05.16	Uncharted 3 was a letdown after Uncharted 2 but dude c'mon man Uncharted 1 is not nearly as epic/fun as 3. It was great when it first came out, but 2, 3 and 4 are wayyy better. Last of Us is better than all 4, though.

DarkSideOfLucca 12.05.16	Which part? 3 being better than 1 or Last of Us being better than the Uncharted series? To be fair, Last of Us is much more up my alley in terms of tone. I also feel the characters are just a tad more real, although the characters in Uncharted are also wonderful.

Devastator 12.05.16	Never cared for any of the Uncharted games and never liked Drake that much but the game is pretty that's for sure. Also you are in for a treat with Doom, fantastic game.

DarkSideOfLucca 12.05.16	@Devastator - yeah man, I played it for a couple of hours before really dedicating all of my time to Uncharted 4 - unfortunately tonight will be my last night playing Doom until I beat The Last Guardian, but I have to play that one first since I've been anxiously awaiting that for the past 7 years or whenever it was announced that they were working on it. Shadow of the Colossus is my #1 game of all time.

MO 12.05.16	I take uncharted for what it is. essentially a popcorn movie-esque game. Quick and fun to play and get through for a nice pay off and a decent length. they're nice yea but nothing incredibly groundbreaking sure they're linear as fuck but the whole point is to tell a simple, concise story on their terms. and all the uncharteds do that in spades. it's just a fun series for the sake of it and faulting it for that is pretty stupid if you ask me

DungeonBoy 12.05.16	Uncharted 4 is a lot of fun just like the rest of the series. Nathan is a likeable character, and the gameplay is enjoyable even if it is repetitive. Climbing the buildings/swinging through windows etc. is a ton of fun and the game looks beautiful. I normally stick to open world RPGs and dungeon crawlers, but all of the Uncharted games have always been a nice change of pace for me when I just want to sit down for an hour and take my mind off things.

GreyShadow 12.05.16	I didn't hate 1 but it got boring/repetitive in the gameplay department which is why I have been putting off the rest of the series. I'm sure I'll get to it eventually

tellah 12.05.16	I haven't played them before, but stoked to borrow the Nathan Drake collection from my buddy. I actually dig the fact that they are typically very linear because I (and probably a lot of people here) have enough open world games to play on PS4

Gyromania 01.13.17	Bloodborne is a masterpiece that's bogged down by some seriously frustrating mechanics. I absolutely hate that you can't travel between lanterns or rest at them to replenish your stock
Gyromania 01.13.17	And also how monochromatic things start to look after a while. Insight is a dumb mechanic to play online, some of the bosses are straight up bs, most frustrating enemies in the serie, etc
Gyromania 01.13.17	Also hate that when you're locked on to enemies you can't roll but instead side step. I tend to dodge roll through attacks, but with this system you can't do that without getting hit
