Tranquil music

Being a person with extreme anxiety and annoyingly overactive emotions sometimes things get so stressful to the point of almost numbness-and sadly enough a lot of fucking people feel this. So here I have some albums that really calm me down for various reasons. Tell me all about what helps you guys.
1Saor
Aura

This along with the Mono album and Caladan Brood album are simply gorgeous and while this album may have some pummeling drums I have always found it oddly peaceful and relieving. So many worries are simply shed away listening to these albums.
2Mono
Hymn to the Immortal Wind
3August Burns Red
Rescue & Restore

Honestly, this is 90 percent here for Spirit Breaker. All the songs are uplifting but nothing is more passionate and heartfelt than that song specifically.
4Counterparts
The Difference Between Hell and Home

Brendan Murphy is basically an upgraded version of me so I relate to him frighteningly to a tee. Like for better and for worse.
5Caladan Brood
Echoes Of Battle
