Symphonic Black Metal

As a whole i'm not a fan of the genre, but lately i have been extremely into the genre despite not liking many bands.
1Opera ix
The Call Of The Wood

My favorite SBM band. This album is genuinely amazing. Really really enjoy the female vocals of Opera IX.
2Daemonicium
Through Time And Death

Like Opera IX, Daemonicium is brought together by a female vocalist.
3Carach Angren
Where the Corpses Sink Forever

The story telling elements of this album are seriously amazing.
4Cradle of Filth
Total Fucking Darkness (Re-release)

Not the biggest fan of CoF but the demo Total Fucking Darkness is amazing. It's raw and heavy as hell.
5Dimmu Borgir
For All Tid

The album that got me into Black Metal, and is still one of my favorites. Criminally underrated and is in my opinion better than Stormblast.
6Obsidian Gate
The Nightspectral Voyage
7Evol (ITA)
Dreamquest

The keyboard on this album is so charmingly corny, and perfectly captured the image of a poorly rendered cgi castle with pink lighting.
This album is amazing
