Bad debuts by great bands

I love debut albums, but some great band's debut album just didn't cut it, not all are terrible, but not the style or caliber of their later work. What are your favorites, or I mean least favorites
1The Grateful Dead
The Grateful Dead

Had some great songs on the album, but performed them terribly, the band was embarrassed by the result. The only saving grace is a partial Viola Lee Blues
2Bob Dylan
Bob Dylan

I think they just took the 13 worst songs he was performing at that point and told him to hurry up and get it over with. All covers as well.
3Rush
Rush

Not very bad, but not Rush, has Working Man so can't be all bad
4Judas Priest
Rocka Rolla

Same as Rush, not terrible, but not Priest really
5Motorhead
Motörhead

I love Motorhead, and some songs on the album, but bad production, and light years from the follow up Overkill
6The Mothers of Invention
Freak Out!

The album is all over the place, which for Zappa is normal, however, never gets on track, some cool stuff, but Absolutely Free nails this format
7Alice Cooper
Pretties For You

Never got this album, very weird. Maybe because Zappa produced it. Definitely not what made them huge, the follow up Easy Action is much better
