Lemmy tell ya

In honor of the countdown to the new Motorhead release, I thought I would live in the past, here are their top ten albums according to me.
10Motorhead
1916

Motorhead has consistently made great albums for the last 40 years. Music made by fans for fans. All these guys care about is the music, not celebrity or fame. They make music for the right reasons, and it shows.
9Motorhead
Orgasmatron

All you need to hear is the title, and you know it is a Motorhead classic.
8Motorhead
Aftershock

The latest release, has many great songs that sound familiarly Motorhead, which it what makes them so great into their 40th year.
7Motorhead
Iron Fist

Last for the classic line up. The critics call the album average, I guess it had to be coming off the the previous 3 albums.
6Motorhead
Inferno

Lemmy looks at 60. From the 90's to present date, they just keep sounding better.
5Motorhead
Another Perfect Day

Probably the best sounding Motorhead album, got tossed aside due to Brian Robertson only lasting a few more months in the band, too bad, this album has nothing but killer songs. The live stuff from this time period is also fantastic.
4Motorhead
Bastards

Fantastic 90's release, the first side is completely badass, loses points for side 2, and the child molestation song, just to creepy. Only originally released in Germany, big mistake
3Motorhead
Ace of Spades

Most peoples number 1. Takes third for me because it is so overplayed, not anybodies fault. Has the best ending sequence with The Chase and The Hammer, which is saying something for this band.
2Motorhead
Bomber

Very overlooked release sandwiched between Overkill and Ace of Spades, nothing but great songs on this disc.
1Motorhead
Overkill

I think by far the best, 8 of the ten of the songs are classics, they play most of them still. They have been trying to live up to this album for 35 years.
