| I'm Becoming...
...one of those whom i used to hate...dig list that is better than all other dig lists...i am starting to realize that Mikael ?kerfeldt fellow is pretty good at making tunes, along with the rest of the band he is in...i forget their name...along with this some other fine albums...by the way (btw)...i'd like some recommends about good metal vocalists...clean singing is good but i'm looking more for the ability to vary the attack...any vocalist with a good growl, screech, scream, and cackle would be delightful and if they could sing more power to them. | 1 | | All Shall Perish The Price of Existence
Amazingness is all i have t say...probably the most br00tal band i've ever gotten into...i love the vocalist...he does the range well...maybe a tad too breakdown heavy for my liking but still some great stuff. | 2 | | Steel Heavy Metal Machine
Recommend from Jrowa that is quite awesome...Dan Swano+Opeth equals awesome even in a joking set-up...dan (if he has sole vocal duties really has a hell of a lot of range and this E.P. is such an enjoyable listen...just get it all ready. | 3 | | Opeth Watershed
Liked this album when i got it, then hated it for a while...now i'm really enjoying it again. It has gotten me to rethink my dislike for Opeth and has led me to go back into their discography including... | 4 | | Opeth Blackwater Park
Very strong album though I still find the clean vocals a bit meh...This is growing on me like a thing that grows on another thing. | 5 | | At the Gates Slaughter of the Soul
My friend at work brought this in and i loved it so much i borrowed it and burned it (who says a bagel store can't be METAL!!!!!!)...first melo-death album i've ever really gotten into...could be on it's way to being a favorite of mine...we'll see... | |

06.13.08 | I have been looking for 2 a bit. Dan Swano is my favorite death metal vocalist. | BallsToTheWall
06.13.08 | 5 is amazing. I don't care what anybody sais, the grooves hit harder than a brick to the face. Lindberg is on the top of his game too. I think i'll up it. 1,3, and 4 are pretty solid. 2 sounds enticing. | ASberg
06.13.08 | 3,4 and 5 are all great. A great vocalist is Peter TÃĪgtgren of Hypocrisy fame. His best work is on Bloodbaths Nightmares Made Flesh though. And Hypocrisys Virus. | Thor
06.13.08 | Slaughter of the Soul is the shit.
So is everything on here except that I haven't heard 2. | foreverendeared
06.13.08 | listen to Psycroptic The Scepter of the Ancients. one of my favorite metal vocalists | Yazz_Flute
06.13.08 | 5 is over-rated, but not bad.
3 and 4 own hard though. | botb
06.14.08 | 1 is one of my favorite albums ever. Probably my favorite death metal album and possibly my favorite "deathcore" album.
