| Remembering Those I've Lost
In a serious mood, so here's a nonsilly list. End of college is approaching and life
feels really weird and uncertain. My sister who pretty much raised me died when she
was my age (22) and as of last week I'm now older than her, one of my best friends
committed suicide a few years back and my grandfather just passed- now that I'm
about to go out into the real world and all of these people who I loved more than
most/everyone aren't here for the journey I'm having a pretty anxious time and
trying to learn how to live happily-these are just songs that remind me of them for

03.14.13 | Lamb of God may seem like a weird pick aha but I met Evan (weirdly same name as me) on the bus in 9th grade when we realized we liked the same music, so I let him borrow Ashes Of The Wake because he hadn't heard it yet and Faded Line became his favorite metal song for a while | tragic.details
03.14.13 | Damn dude. 3, 7, 8, 9 and 15 are all incredible. 3 is actually one of my favorite tunes, ever.
As for those you lost, they may be gone, but they'll live through you for the rest of your life. Keep your head up, and you'll do fine.

03.14.13 | I know how you feel, I gradually lost family members from an early age until I moved out at 15 and cut
ties with the few I had left. It's been rough but as long as you find something to dedicate yourself
to and aren't afraid to forge new, lasting friendships you should be alright duder. Keep the faith!
Me, I've decided to sort out my shit, absorb as much good music/film/literature/etc as possible and
then attempt to poorly emulate my influences and create something of my own to pass on. If I achieve
even 1/100th of their poignancy I'll be lucky - but if I inspire just one person it'll be worth it. At
least it's something to keep me out of the rut of uncertainty | tragic.details
