These are MY favorite drummers. They may not be the best who ever lived, but that's not what this list is. 12.25.07 | These are good drummers to listen to when you are STARTING to play drums I suppose... Where's Jose Pasillas (Incubus)? Clyde Stubblefield (James Brown)? What about Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree)? I'm not going to knock your list, but one of the easiest ways to improve is to learn how to groooooove. Travis Barker, unfortunately, is probably the most talented drummer on that list. | VicariousIntent

There are so many better drummers you can listen to. For the genre you listen to...I guess these are the best for there. But to me...they're just...boring cause it's been done before. They are talented though. I like the A Day To Remember guy the best here.
You should check out From First To Last maybe...they're got a great drummer. Maybe Bullet For My Valentine. I don't listen to this kind of stuff often.
If you're open minded I'd suggest Tool And Dream Theater. Two of the most talented drummers in music right there. | TheStarclassicTreatment

2 is very good for the pop punk stuff, not many drummers of the genre are better, and 4 also has his moments.
Jose Pasillas, Zac Farro and All Time Low's drummer are all really good too. | ATLbraves

No way in HELL! 1 and 4 can take him on in a challenge. I only like Barker because i grew up listening to him and he has a style of his own that literally no other drummer out there has. Especially with rap/hip-hop music. Although, i think he is WAYYYY too overrated.
And guys, trust me, i know SOOO many better drummers. You have no idea. I just like these guys because they all influence me in different ways with my own drumming. | botb
