Profile Pic Problem?

I've been having this problem where when I change my profile picture I still see the old one for like a week after I change it, but I think everyone else can see the new one and also when I post in shoutboxes I can see it. Does this happen to anyone else? It might be a Chrome thing because I can see it on Safari.
