06.13.12 | You can certainly delete the .zip/.rar files. There's an option if you're using iTunes if you go to edit -> preferences -> advanced -> Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library. If that's checked, you can actually delete the unzipped folders too because iTunes is copying the music files to a folder (the one listed at the top of that advanced preferences window) on your computer.
The problem is, if you checked that box partway through using iTunes, some of your music will be copied and some won't. But you should know whether or not iTunes is doing that because you basically have a redundant copy of all your music if it is and you don't realize. |

06.13.12 | yeah certain words just don't show up on lists. like the word "union". whenever i try and make a list including the titus song a more perfect union it always comes out "a more perfect"

06.13.12 | compressing mp3 files does not reduce thier size by much as they are already compressed, so saving zip files is basically redundant |
Winrar
06.13.12 | I never delete my zips or rars, it makes it really hard to navigate my downloads folder, so i just switch hard drives alot lol. |

06.13.12 | child, please.
set yr itunes so that when you add new files, it will automatically create a new folder for the the tracks under your music library. this will create COPIES of all the files in your library in an organized hierarchy of folders, so that the tracks in your itunes aren't being played from your downloads folder. that way you can just delete everything in your downloads whenever you get a little full. in fact, i have a separate downloads folder just for music so i can delete that shit easy as pie. |
