The Verve

Combining shoegaze and traditional british rock of the 60s The Verve rose to become one the most significant bands of the modern era. OriginallycalledVerve , the band was formed by singer Richard Ashcroft, guitarist Nick McCabe, bassist Simon Jones and drummer Peter Salisbury in Wigan, Great Britain in 1989.
