The Spooky Kids was the original name of Marilyn Manson. A compilation album of select tracks was released in 2004, "Lunch Boxes
&ChoklitCows", which led to a lawsuit between Brian Warner (Marilyn Manson) and guitarist Scott Putesky (Daisy Berkowitz), who was the
onewhoreleased the album. Putesky won the lawsuit, and obtained the rights to these recordings, and has announced that this release is only
thefirst ina planned series of Spooky Kids compilations. However, Putesky was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2013, which he later passed
awayfrom in2017, and no other compilation CD's have been released since "Lunch Boxes & Choklit Cows".
