The Boys from the Bottom was a hip hop group from Miami that was active from 1988 until 1994. During their time together, the group developed a
strong following in the then-just emerging Miami bass scene, which was being led in popularity by the iconic group 2 Live Crew. Today, The Boys from
the Bottom are best remembered for their track "Lick My Ass", which was infamously spliced together and animated with actual Smurfs characters.
