Stakka Bo was a hip hop project from Sweden that formed in 1990. Formed by musicians Oskar Franzen and Johan Renck, the duo earned an
international hit with their 1993 single "Here We Go", which broke the top 20 charts in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Austria and Switzerland. The music
video for the single was also featured on an episode of Beavis and Butt-head, which helped give it a buzz in America as well. In 1995, Franzen and
Renck parted ways, and Stakka Bo then became solely a solo project of Renck. After releasing a few more singles and two more albums, Renck then
disbanded the Stakka Bo project in 2002. He currently remains active as a television and music video director.
