Shellshock is an influential Japanese thrash metal band that first formed in 1984. Along with Casbah, United and Jurassic Jade, Shellshock are often referred to as one of the earliest and most groundbreaking bands in Japanese thrash history. Originally disbanded in late 1994, the band reformed in 2009, and have been active ever since.
