Sekai no Owari are a Japanese indie pop group that formed in 2005. Their unique, electropop-driven sound immediately garneredthem a fanbase, and
within four years, the group became, arguably, the hottest selling indies group in Japan. In 2011, the group signed to the major label, Toy's Factory,
and experienced instant super stardom. The group are now the poster children of indie pop in Japan, as they now regularly break the Oricon top 10
charts.
