RBL Posse was a hip hop group from California. First formed in 1990, the group had some success throughout the decade, and
were among one of the most infamous rap groups in California when their DJ, Mr. Cee, was killed in a drive-by shooting in 1996,
thus setting off a gang war in the Bay Area parts of California. RBL Posse then officially split in 2003 when one of the emcees in
the group, Hitman, was killed that February.
