It peaked at 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and 102 on the Billboard 200. The album's single, "This Life" peaked at 37 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. In 2002, the band performed as the opening act at the 2002 Gathering of the Juggalos in Peoria, Illinois. Years of non-stop touring eventually tooks it toll on the band, though. With various member changes, Bobby decided to finally take a break from the band in late 2003 when he joined Soulfly as the groups bassist (he still plays with Soulfly). In 2007 after recharging its batteries, the band signed with Crash Music Inc. and released their fourth studio album, Family for Life on November 6, 2007. After the release of the album, former frontman Jason "J-Sin" Luttrell left the band, due to personality clashes with co-founder Burns over Jasons ongoing drug and alcohol addictions. Bobby Burns is now the only remaining member of the original Primer 55. « hide
