Moon Child are a alt/pop rock band from Japan that formed in 1995. They are best known for their 1997 song, "Escape", which
topped the Oricon charts, and was the 48th best selling song in Japan of that year. However, their later sales proved to be not
nearly as successful, and the group split in 1999, after only four years of activity. The group, however, reunited in 2013, after
over a decade split up as a band.
