Mongol800 is a successful pop punk band from Japan that have been active since its formation in 1997. Formed when the
members were still in high school, they had immediate success from the beginning, with their first full length album, 1999's "Go
On as You Are", going triple platinum. This success would continue on throughout the 2000's, with their brightest moment being
their 2001 follow-up "Message", which sold an impressive total of over 2 million copies. Although they haven't had a certified
album since 2006's "Daniel", Mongol800 remain successful today, with each of their original albums constantly breaking the
Oricon top 20 charts. Along with B-Dash, GaGaGa SP and Snail Ramp, Mongol800 are widely considered to be one of the most
