Mo'Some Tonebender is a Japanese alternative/hard rock band that formed in 1997. Initially, the group had a very abrasive
style, which often took heavy influence from grunge. The group's original sound and style could be compared to the influential
American rock group, Soundgarden. However, starting with the release of their 2007 album, "C.O.W.", the group made a radical
style change, and inserted various influences from electro-industrial and punk rock to their mix, and limited their original abrasive
style tremendously, presumably for a more mainstream-friendly style. Today, the group are currently following their electro-
industrial punk blend, and can currently be compared to the Japanese digital hardcore icons, The Mad Capsule Markets.
