Both musically and in their appearance, Hyper Crush makes copious references to the decades of the 1950s and 1980s.[4][citation needed] For example, they have made references to Nintendo, Technicolor, Hypercolor clothing, and Genesis. They even used sounds from Nintendo's Duck Hunt game to begin the song "The Arcade" and music from The Legend of Zelda to end it." « hide
