Hibari Misora was a highly influential Japanese entertainer. She released countless singles, a few albums and appeared on
numerous films throughout the 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's. In 1989, Misora passed away at the age of 52 from pneumonia. Since
her death, she has been widely acclaimed as one of Japan's all-time greatest and most significant artists and personas.
