Funeral Diner (1998–2007) was a screamo band from Half Moon Bay, California, located approximately 25 miles south of SanFrancisco, playingself-described "screamy, chaotic, melodic hardcore."Though rooted in first wave emo, hardcore emo and early screamo characteristics, the band later included elements of post-rock.
