Filter is an industrial rock group formed in 1993 by Richard Patrick (formerly guitarist for Nine Inch Nails's liveperformances),BrianLiesegangand Arthur Lee. Filter's most distinguishing feature is Richard Patrick's voice, which can soar toquite a highscream -on just about all songs.Their first album, Short Bus, was released in 1995.
