Edie Brickell and New Bohemians

Well known American jam/alternative rock band formed in Dallas, Texas in 1985. They achieved great success after releasing their hit single "What I Am" on their 1988 debut album Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars. After the release of their second album Ghost of a Dog and many years of touring, lead singer Edie Brickell left the New Bohemians and later married American folk legend Paul Simon. In 2006 former members of the band, Brickell included, reunited to release their third album Stanger Things
