Brian Harmon, better known as Champtown, is an underground rapper from Detroit. Releasing his first single in 1992,
heemerged from the Detroit rap boom that gave birth to artists like Esham, Kid Rock, Eminem and Insane Clown Posse, all of
whichChamptown worked with. In 2000, Champtown retired from rapping, instead working as a teacher and ghostwriter, most
notablywriting a song on Rev Run’s solo debut, “Distortion”, in 2006.
