Arabesque was a dance-pop group from Germany. First formed in 1976, the group, although largely unpopular in their home country, they ended up having great success in several other countries, most notably in Japan where they maintain a large cult following today. After releasing nine albums and a dozen singles, Arabesque ended up disbanding in 1986.
