Starting out in 1990 as an Italian death metal band (then called Catacomb), Novembre grew to develop a unique, atmospheric sound. They released their first two albums through Italian label Polyphemus, and in the mid-'90's they signed with Century Media, and released their next three albums through it. In the mid-2000's, Novembre signed to Peaceville Records, and have just released their eighth full-length, titled URSA.
