Count Five were formed in 1964 in San Jose, California. Generally one hit wonders, from their single "Psychotic Reaction". They realeased only one full album, of the same name. From then, they released a number of singles until they disbanded in 1969. They drew attention in the 1960's from their wearing of Dracula-style capes to their concerts and promotional photoshoots.
