Antediluvian are a Canadian death/black metal band formed in 2006. Their ominous atmospheric approach blurs the lines between the two genres, occasionally even shifting to death/doom and war metal, which has led to Antediluvian being considered exemplars of the "cavernous" metal sound (sometimes jokingly referred to as "caverncore").
