From Autumn to Ashes or FATA is an American metalcore band from Long Island. The band mixes melody with hardcore styles, and two of their albums occasionally feature Melanie Wills of the band One True Thing on vocals, as well as their own vocalist, Fran (Francis) Mark (and Ben Perri on previous albums). A majority of the band's original line-up attended Patchogue-Medford High School in Medford, NY on Long Island.
