True Force followed in 1997, and two years later Powerman 5000 returnedwith Tonight the Stars Revolt. The halted release of a since aborted album entitled Anyone for Doomsday? signaled the departure of longtime bassistDorian Heartsong and drummer Alan Pahanish in early November of 2001. A year later, drummer Adrian Ost was added to the group; bassist SiggySiursen joined 40 auditions later before 2002 came to a close and Powerman 5000 were in full effect. Transform, their fourth album, marked theband's new sound and new lineup when it was released in spring 2003. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide « hide
