Perhaps because of this, the band's debut full-length after signing to Tooth & Nail Records, Scripted, featured a considerably different sound. While the emo and hardcore influences were still somewhat present, the style was closer to Skillet-esque hard rock with elements of modern pop. Despite some criticism aimed at the album's lack of originality, it charted high on Billboard's Christian and Hard Rock charts (peaking at 5 and 7 respectively) and became the highest-selling Tooth &Nail debut album in the label's history. « hide
