Discordance Axis

Discordance Axis was a grindcore band from East Brunswick, New Jersey composed of vocalist Jon Chang, guitarist Rob Marton and drummer Dave Witte. The band formed in 1992 and was active on and off during their lifespan, splitting up several times before finally breaking up for good in 2001 due to Marton's health issues. After their final split, Chang would go on to form a new band, Gridlink, in 2004. Over a decade later, Chang and Marton reunited together in No One Knows What the Dead Think, which was considered a spiritual successor to Discordance Axis.
