Carcass has done just that, and their music is nothing less than legendary. Ever since 1985 Carcass had been creating gutteral, disgusting, brutal grind with more than enough gore.Albums such as Symphonies of Sickness and Reek of Putrefaction rightfully earned the title of essential goregrind albums. Aside from their grind accomplishments, Carcass went on to produced Heartwork, one of the definitive melodic death metal albums of our age. Even in their later years as Michael Amott went on to form Arch Enemy and the "Death n'Roll" album Swansong was released, Carcass continued to contribute more to extreme music than any band could hope. More than a mark was made by them in metal when they disbanded in 1996.Last lineup:Jeff Walker - Vocals, BassBill Steer -Guitar,Vocals Carlo Regadas -Guitar Ken Owen - Drumshttp://carcass.bandcamp.com/ « hide
