Voodoo Queens were a riot grrrl punk band from London, England. Formed in 1992, Voodoo Queens released a few singles andone album, 1994's
"Chocolate Revenge", before disappearing in 1997. In 1999, Voodoo Queens officially disbanded, andfrontwoman Anjali most notably went on to start
a solo career, which surprisingly took influence from trip hop and downtempo.
