Vital remains is an old-school death metal band out of Rhode
Island. They have undergone many many lineup changes and
have still managed to make five full length albums of some of
the best death metal ever produced.
Their lyrical themes, unlike many bands of their time, are anti-
christian rather than gore-based. However, they avoid the
stereotypical Satanic song titles/lyrics.
