Tokusatsu are an alternative metal band from Japan. Formed by Kenji Otsuki after the disbandment of his former Kinniku Shojo Tai project, Tokusatsu released their first album, "Bakutan", in 2000, becoming an underground success. The band later dissolved in 2006, after Kinniku Shojo Tai reunited. However, recently, Tokusatsu reunited, regardless of the Kinniku Shojo Tai reunion. They released their latest album, "Panagia no Onkei", in December of 2012.
