The High-Lows were a Japanese punk band that formed in 1995. Frontman Hiroto Koumoto and guitarist Mashima Masatoshi
were both members of the highly influential punk band, The Blue Hearts. After The High-Lows split in 2005, both Koumoto and
Masatoshi went on to form the well known punk band, The Cro-Magnons.
