Smut were an underground all-female punk band from Minneapolis that first formed in 1990. Founded in the middle of theMinneapolis female punk rock explosion which included the likes of Babes in Toyland and Hole, Smut has their fair share of localsuccess, later signing to Spanish Fly Records in 1992, which was founded by the drummer of Babes in Toyland, Lori Barbero.After releasing a few singles and two full length albums, Smut ended up disbanding by 1997. https://smutonline.bandcamp.com/
