July Talk is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 2012 in Toronto. The band consists of singers Peter Dreimanis and Leah Fay,guitarist Ian Docherty, bassist Josh Warburton and drummer Danny Miles. The band released their self-titled debut on White GirlRecords on 16 October 2012.
After touring for 2013, their live show has gained a reputation as one of the most high energy, magnetic shows in the country.After a North American tour in the summer of 2013, they returned to the studio to finish recording their second release due 15October 2013. The band plans to tour in North America in support of this record. In the 2014, they plan to go to Europe insupport of this studio recording.
